Description
Pop/Folk Concert | Festival
Every year, the Les Inoubliables festival celebrates female songwriters from the past and present.
Coline Rio has established herself as one of the most distinctive and moving voices in contemporary French music.
Brought to the attention of the general public thanks to her graceful vocal tone, the subtlety of her songwriting, and a rare sincerity, Coline Rio has carved out a remarkable career in just a few years, fueled by growing public acclaim and more than 130 concerts, including a sold-out show at Le Trianon in Paris.
As a songwriter, composer, and performer, Coline Rio transforms the personal into the universal. Her songs speak of love, fragility, resilience, and freedom with disarming accuracy. Her ethereal, instantly recognizable voice carries luminous lyrics in which delicacy never precludes strength. Behind her apparent gentleness lies an artist of profound intensity, capable of touching the very heart.
Following her critically acclaimed debut album, *Ce qu’il restera de nous*, and the EP *Ce qui nous lie*, she confirms her dazzling artistic maturity with her new album. Blending French chanson, modern folk, and raw emotion, Coline Rio embodies a generation of demanding, sensitive, and profoundly free artists.
On stage, accompanied by her close musical collaborators, she exudes a magnetic and generous presence. Each concert becomes a moment suspended in time, somewhere between intimacy and communion.
To close out the Les Inoubliables festival, Coline Rio offers much more than a concert: an encounter with a rising artist whose voice already resonates as one of the most essential of her generation. A rare, vibrant evening not to be missed.
