L'étape du Tour 2023 Annemasse – Morzine

The myth of the Tour de France being ridden on the same roads and under the same conditions as the professional cyclists

In 2023, six days before Stage 14, Annemasse–Morzine, amateur cyclists were able to ride along the very same roads as the professional cyclists in the Tour de France!

Since 1993, the Étape du Tour de France has lived up to its promise. The same host towns, the same roads, the same legendary mountain passes, but also – and above all – the same race conditions as on the Grande Boucle. Every year, you can cycle one of the Tour de France’s mountain stages. And in 2023, the Étape du Tour took place in the Monts du Genevois – an incredible stage between Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc!
