This workshop invites participants to discover Creative Diary®, a rich and accessible means of expression that lets you explore your imagination, emotions and ideas through three complementary languages: collage, drawing and writing.
The Creative Diary® is a rich and accessible tool of expression that lets you explore your imagination, emotions and ideas through three complementary languages: collage of images - words or textures - , drawing - color, shape and line - and writing - spontaneous or guided-.
Developed by Anne-Marie Jobin, this method uses creativity as a means of self-expression and self-awareness. Trained and certified in Journal Créatif®, I accompany participants through playful and creative proposals that enable them to experiment freely with these different languages and compose personal and original pages. The workshop offers a caring space for expression, where everyone can create without judgment and at their own pace. At the first session, a journal is offered to each participant so that they can continue their explorations at home, or deepen this practice by joining the regular workshops offered on Friday evenings every other week.
Regular Creative Journal® workshops help to sustain and anchor a practice over time. They offer an inspiring framework that helps participants to create more easily than on their own, while discovering new proposals and new ways of entering into the creative process. When desired, these workshops also encourage moments of sharing around creations or feelings, while respecting the rhythm and sensitivity of each participant. In this way, participants can benefit from guidance, fresh ideas and the wealth of creative materials available on site.
