Description
This program invites you to (re)discover the sonata form through four sonatas from the piano repertoire: one by Schubert, one by Beethoven, one by Vincent Magnan, and one by Haydn.
Born in 1986, Marine Veber began studying piano at the Besançon Conservatory, then continued her training in Annecy, where she earned a DEM with high honors in 2006, as well as a second DEM in accompaniment. After a path that combined scientific and musical studies, she enrolled in 2008 at the Geneva University of Music, where she devoted herself entirely to music.
With a Bachelor’s degree and later a Master’s degree in music education (2013), she developed a sensitive approach centered on the body, posture, and freedom of expression. Trained in “Arts Medicine,” she explores these topics in depth through her research. A dedicated pianist and educator, Marine Veber taught for several years in Haute-Savoie, at the Geneva Conservatory, and at the Jacques-Dalcroze Institute. She is an accompanist at the CRR in Besançon.
A passionate chamber musician, Marine Veber explores diverse repertoires in various ensembles and sensitively champions Romantic, French, and contemporary music.
The cultural season is supported by the Haute-Savoie Departmental Council and Ici Pays de Savoie.
