To kick off the summer season, an evening featuring music from around the world—perfect for dancing together.

Jupiter Bokondji, an iconic figure from Kinshasa nicknamed the “Rebel General,” offers the world a unique sound that blends Congolese roots with rock, funk, and soul influences. With his band Jupiter & Okwess, he unleashes explosive energy, drawing on his country’s rich musical heritage while forging connections between Africa and the world. Opening act in the park: Gangbé Brass Band is Cotonou parading with fanfare. Brass, percussion, Vodoun rhythms, and Afrobeat come together in a confident fusion of imported brass music and the deep-rooted rhythms of Benin. ___ Organized by Château Rouge and the City of Annemasse, Les Musical’été takes up residence every summer in the city’s parks. Fridays at La Fantasia Park with festive, family-friendly concerts featuring sounds from around the world. Saturdays at Montessuit Park for intimate journeys through jazz. 2026 EDITION: July 3 to August 22
