With Parma ham, tomatoes, Mozzarella and a light drizzle of olive oil, fresh basil or pesto… It adapts to all tastes and all your desires.

Ingredients
- Country bread
- 50 g wild garlic leaves
- 25 g of pine nuts
- 1 clove of garlic
- 250 g of cherry tomatoes
- 1 ball of mozzarella di buffala
- 4 slices of Parma ham
- A few wild garlic flowers
- Parmesan cheese
- Arugula
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Recipe Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C and cut 4 slices of country bread about 1.5 cm thick.
- Prepare the wild garlic pesto by blending the leaves with the pine nuts. Add a pinch of salt. Drizzle with olive oil until you reach the desired consistency. Set aside.
- Drizzle olive oil over the slices and then toast the bread slices under the grill.
- Remove the toast from the oven and rub it with the halved garlic clove.
- Place the mozzarella slices as well as the cherry tomato slices on top.
- Pepper before putting in the oven again to slightly melt the mozzarella.
- Remove from the oven and add a slice of Parma ham as well as shavings of Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle with wild garlic pesto and decorate with a few wild garlic flowers.
To be enjoyed on a bed of arugula.
