Your project begins with an initial discussion with our account manager. She will gather the essential information to understand your requirements: type of event, number of attendees, preferred dates, budget, objectives, target audience, any particular constraints and specific expectations. This initial stage lays the foundations for the organisation and enables us to quickly identify suitable options.

We then select the most suitable venues, accommodation, activities, restaurants and service providers. We also check availability for your preferred dates. You’ll receive one or more detailed proposals, accompanied by a clear quotation. This gives you a clear picture of the available options, without having to carry out all the research yourself.

Step 3: Coordination of logistics, catering and entertainment

Once we have received the initial proposals, we work with you to refine the various services. The format of the day, choice of venue, activities, catering, accommodation, budget, timings and entertainment: every element can be adjusted to create a programme that meets your expectations.

We remain your main point of contact throughout the preparation process. Our team oversees the organisation in the run-up to the event, centralises all communications and ensures the smooth coordination of the selected services. Two weeks before the big day, we’ll put you in direct contact with the various partners involved in your event to finalise the last operational details. The sales team at Les Monts du Genevois s will not be present on site on the day of the event.

To simplify your administrative workload, you’ll receive a single invoice covering all the services selected: accommodation, catering, activities, venue hire and support. This avoids a multitude of invoices and gives you a clear overview of your budget.
