Parc du Petit Vallard

  • Park and garden
  • Park
Rue de Vallard, 74240 Gaillard

Description

A veritable green lung in the heart of the town, this 7,500 m² park was completely redesigned and inaugurated in June 2015.
Far from conventional playgrounds, landscape architects have imagined a playful and original space, where custom-designed wooden games, basket swings, motricity courses and hedgehog huts sit alongside fragrant, edible plants. Designed for children aged 1 to 12 and inspired by the world of the vegetable garden, these unusual playthings encourage creativity and awakening. A cross-generational living space, ideal for family gatherings and relaxation.
