The 700 m of the "Yves Pollet-Villard" via ferrata are carved directly into the flanks of the Borderan cliff, offering a spectacular route perched between 1,500 and 1,800 m above sea level.
Equipped with rungs, footbridges, ramps and cables, they are now more accessible. Located in the Combe de Borderan, the via ferrata overlooks the Col des Aravis road.
In accordance with municipal by-law no. 07/079, dated May 3, 2007, the via ferrata is off-limits from November 15 to May 5, and outside this period if the inspection has not been carried out and the return journey is unsafe due to heavy snow.
Accessibility: from May 13, 2025, control visit carried out and validated.
We advise you to contact the Tourist Office to confirm the accessibility of the route.
In all cases, access to the via ferrata is forbidden by municipal by-law from November 15 to May 5. Outside this period, access is strongly discouraged if the snow cover is too heavy and/or the inspection has not been carried out.
