Enjoy a short walk and discover a suberb waterfall above notre Dame de la Gorge.

From Notre Dame de la Gorge take the Roman path upto the Roman bridge. Take a left in direction of the "Chalets de Laya" and then turn to the left again towards the torrent. You can admire the waterfall from the bridge. Approximately 1 hours walk from Notre Dame de la Gorge.

Sustainable tourism
Camping is strictly prohibited between June 15 and September 15 throughout the Contamines-Montjoie Nature Reserve, below 2500m altitude (except in official bivouac areas requiring reservation). Swimming is prohibited for hikers and pets year-round in all lakes and bodies of water within the nature reserve.
