After a long and very rewarding experience in haute gastronomy at the Château des Avenières restaurant, the Odin family decided to turn the page in 2017 to create a new restaurant, the M, a gourmet restaurant whose chic and elegant brasserie concept perfectly illustrates their state of mind and their conception of the business: to be as close as possible to customers, offering them a sensory experience in harmony with nature via quality, simple and refined terroir cuisine, a personalized welcome, a breathtaking panorama, and many other secrets in which the Domaine des Avenières abounds.
