Two gîtes with identical facilities are available for guests, one on the first floor with a terrace, the other on the second floor with a superb view of the Salève. Identical rates for the 2 gîtes. Numerous tourist attractions nearby: Annecy, Geneva, Chamonix and Mont Blanc, many castles. Numerous walks from the gîte on flat ground or up the Salève slope to the summit. You can also drive up to the summit and admire the Mont Blanc chain on one side and Geneva and Lake Geneva on the other, while enjoying typical Savoyard dishes such as tartiflette, raclette or fondue.
On sunny days, many paragliders fly over the village to land in neighboring Switzerland.
Geneva is home to numerous international organizations, including CERN.
Lake Annecy is a must-see, as is the old town.
The summit of Mont Salève is decorated with the Savoy Cross, hence the name of the B&B, first painted in 1967 by American students living at the Collonges sous Salève University Campus.
The nearest airport is Geneva, 8 km away. By train, it's best to arrive at Saint Julien en Genevois station, 3 km from the gîte.
