1Téléphérique du Salève - cable car
Take the Salève cable car up to 1100 m in just a few minutes. Up there, you'll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views, as well as a wide range of natural, sporting, cultural and gastronomic activities!<br/>The Salève cable car, one of the region's jewels and almost a century old, takes you to an altitude of 1100 m and invites you to discover the richness of this Natura 2000 listed mountain site. And the climb is just the beginning!
From the Rebuffel terrace or rooftop, enjoy the extraordinary panorama of the Geneva countryside, the city of Geneva and Lake Geneva, during the day or at sunset on summer evenings, while sipping a cocktail.
During your visit, take advantage of a 150 m² museum area to learn all about the Salève and the cable car, take part in the "Salève unveils itself" and "the fabulous history of the Salève cable car" tours, and discover nature through activities for children and families.
Sports enthusiasts can try their hand at climbing on our 20 m high wall with our instructor (fee payable, booking required, days and times on our website), take a walk along the path to the Observatoire restaurant or book a paragliding flight.
For something to eat, Café 1100 welcomes you for a gourmet break.
And for a gourmet lunch or dinner, opt for the Vertiges restaurant (reservation essential).
