Im Zentrum des Val d’Arly, an der Kreuzung zwischen den beiden Savoyen, bilden Flumet und St Nicolas La Chapelle einen Sammelpunkt gemeinsamen kulturellen Erbes. Im Sommer ist Flumet / St. Nicolas la Chapelle ein wichtiger touristischer Knotenpunkt an der Route des Grandes Alpes sowie ein Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Ausflüge.
Zu Fuß oder mit dem Mountainbike, gemütliche Familienwanderungen oder Panoramawege mit Blick auf den Mont Blanc: Jeder findet sein eigenes Tempo, um unberührte Landschaften aus Wäldern, blühenden Almen und Bergseen zu entdecken.
Der Badesee ist ideal zum Schwimmen und Spielen und der Treffpunkt an sonnigen Tagen.

Im Winter zeigt sich der Ort von seiner sanften Seite: leicht zugängliches Skifahren, Schneeschuhwanderungen, Rodelspaß, savoyische Spezialitäten und ein authentisches Dorf unter dem freundlichen Blick des Mont Blanc.
Flumet ist zugleich das Tor zum Skigebiet Espace Diamant, leicht erreichbar und mit abwechslungsreichen Pisten – ideal für Familien, Anfänger und Genuss-Skifahrer.
Doch das Angebot reicht über alpines Skifahren hinaus: Schneeschuh- und Winterwanderwege führen durch unberührte Landschaften, verschneite Wälder und Panoramen mit Blick auf den Mont Blanc.

Der zum Baden und zur Entspannung mit Infrastruktur ausgestattete Badesee zwischen Albertville und Megève gehört zur Freizeitanlage Arrondine mit Sporteinrichtungen und Kinderspielplatz. In einem Stückchen Grün.
