Sunday 11am, you’re feeling peckish but you can’t decide between a late breakfast or an early lunch. Don’t worry, we have the solution! Come to La Yourte in Gaillard for a tasty brunch.

#Cosy

On Sundays, the restaurant at Annemasse Porte de Genève Mercure hotel serves brunch, including admission to the swimming pool in the summer. Sound tempting?
Between the scents of freshly ground coffee, the golden pastries and fresh fruit juice, this is a great, easy-going way to start the day. Then there’s the selection of quiches and foccacia bread, with smoked salmon and raw vegetables for those looking for savoury options, not-to-mention the range of sweet treats, including deliciously soft pancakes, homemade panacotta, homemade granola, and seasonal fruit salad. Here, we take our time. The time to enjoy the dishes, to have a chat, to laugh… Make yourselves comfortable in this cosy, exotic atmosphere with wall decorations, flashy colours and elegant furniture. At La Yourte, you can expect a timeless experience, great food and an easy-going vibe.

#Staggering

It’s time to move on to the next activity on the day’s agenda. Go for a dip in the hotel swimming pool to warm up before you make your way to Water Circus.
Have you arrived? Are you ready for some thrilling rides and a rush of adrenaline? There are ramps here that are between 2.5 m and 12.5 m high. At the bottom, there are two heated pools, each one 4 metres deep. Now it’s up to you to show off your best acrobatics and tricks! Choose from the wide range of equipment provided by the park, including BMX, skis, snowboards, and skateboards. Try some new figures, dare to take on new challenges and enjoy one spectacular descent after another. Fancy gliding over the waves? Head to the body board area with four slides, ranging in height from 5 to 10 m. The aim? For the most talented, to try to reach the other end of the heated pool. So, did you manage it?

#Chill

You’ll need a break after all that excitement! Take advantage of this moment between attractions to check out the more relaxed areas at Water Circus, including the bathing area, petanque pits, beach volleyball and 12-hole crazy golf course. If you’re feeling a bit peckish or thirsty, take some time out on a comfortable sofa and enjoy the view across the park and of the Salève mountain that watches over the area. Sip a refreshing beverage, order a sharing platter and just take in the atmosphere. Would you prefer to lie down as you watch what’s going on around you? You can! Grab one of the sun loungers in the shade of the parasols and just savour the moment and some peace and quiet after this action-packed day.
