It is built around two exhibition spaces: one permanent, the other temporary.

Using photos, tools, objects and personal accounts, the permanent exhibition "Mémoire de rue" lifts the veil on life in Taninges and the products that have contributed to its reputation, from the past to the present day: salting, the manufacture of protective clothing, woodworking (cabinetmaking, joinery and carpentry), carpentry and the many hydraulic devices built along the waterways.
