Discover edible wild plants during a morning of picking, followed by a nature cooking workshop in the afternoon. Prepare simple recipes and enjoy your creations in a convivial atmosphere.
The morning (9:30am to 12:30pm) is dedicated to discovering edible wild plants around the meeting point. The itinerary is short, focusing on exploration and on-site tasting. Picking is essential, and we'll cover the richness of the flora as well as toxic plants to avoid. A quick lunch is provided (picnic not included).
The afternoon (from 1:30 to 4:30 pm) will focus on a nature cooking workshop, where everyone will prepare simple recipes using the plants they have collected. Practical tips and ideas for use will be shared. The workshop concludes with a convivial tasting of the preparations, accompanied by plant-based drinks. An opportunity to exchange ideas and answer questions. Leftover dishes can be taken away.
