For the European Heritage Days, explore the museum's collection of contemporary art and antique tools, and the varied exhibitions by Laurence Capelli, Blandine Rossa-Destouches, Véronique Glaz and Albert Januarius di Decarli.
During these two days, which are also the last two exhibition days of the 2023 season, visitors can discover
> Sculpture exhibition by Walter Pettrizzo:
Zany Scenes with "Monks" characters made from chamotte clay, with raku firing. The improbable vehicles that accompany them are created from elements found at flea markets...
> Painting exhibition of Peter Stalder :
Peter lives in the Lake Geneva region, a source of inspiration for his paintings during all seasons of the year and at all times of the day. He boldly plays with light, a true thread in his work.
> Exhibition of paintings by Uraraka Matsuzawa:
Japanese painter living in Lyon, Uraraka will present her paintings at the confluence of several cultures, a reinvented dialogue between Japanese and Western sensibilities, executed in the particular technique of Nihonga.
> Retrospective on Albert Januarius Decarli (1907-1996):
To rediscover this original and endearing painter, friend of the museum where he exhibited several times. He left his mark on the local heritage with the realization of murals in the town hall of Chens, and stained glass windows in the churches of Ballaison, Douvaine and Hermance.
