Enjoying an ideal location in the centre of the village, in a well-lit building, the library has been a friendly place for readers to gather for more than 30 years. More than 14,000 items of various kinds (novels, comics, albums) are available here!

At the municipal library of Cranves-Sales you are welcome to consult books in the library itself or borrow them to take home (subscribers only). Internet access is available for unrestricted public use in the library, and there is a programme of events all year round, linked to local cultural activities.

Are you a member stuck at home? You can borrow books from home!
This new service is aimed at the elderly and people who are at home because of health reasons or because of family responsibilities who cannot come to the library to choose a book. Volunteers can bring up to 3 books a month directly to the homes of people who have registered for the service.
