Come and celebrate tradition and local produce at the Fête des Séchieux, a not-to-be-missed event that celebrates Passy's agricultural heritage every year! For this 54th edition, the Comité de Jumelage Passy-Pfullingen invites you to a festive and convivial day, marked by entertainment for all ages, local flavors, and the warmth of cultural exchanges.
A rich program of events:
From 10:00 a.m., the Parvis des Fiz will be transformed into a huge entertainment area. Young and old alike will be able to take advantage of the many craft and fun stalls, as well as a wide variety of activities. On the gastronomic front, cider-making demonstrations and the sale of local products will be on the agenda, including the unmolding of a giant stuffing for 300 people at 12:15 p.m., a tasty regional specialty to be enjoyed with family and friends! Music, folk dancing and Zumba will add to the convivial atmosphere.
Cultural and historical discoveries:
In addition to the culinary delights, visitors will have the opportunity to travel back in time thanks to a slide show on "Passy Cité Antique" and a workshop led by heritage guides on daily agro-pastoral life in Passy. A demonstration by the Jeunes sapeurs-pompiers will add a touch of adrenalin to this festive day.
