Edible plant cooking workshops to discover the wild plants that can be eaten in spring. Learn how to cook them in an on-site workshop led by a qualified cook.
In the morning (9 a.m.-12 p.m.), we go in search of wild edible plants around the meeting place. The distance is minimal. The aim is to find plants that can be crunched. Picking these plants is also essential. We'll be looking at the diversity that surrounds us, as well as the common toxic plants that should be avoided. At lunchtime, we'll have a bite to eat in the surrounding area.
The afternoon (1pm - 4pm) will be dedicated to a cooking workshop, which will take place close to the meeting place, in the heart of nature! During this workshop, in which everyone participates, we'll use the plants picked in the morning in different recipes that can easily be reproduced at home.
At the end of the workshop, we'll enjoy a relaxing moment with a few drinks, made from plants of course! We'll also take the opportunity to answer any last questions you may have. If you don't feel like eating, you can leave with the leftovers.
Afterwards, you'll receive descriptive sheets of the plants you've encountered, along with the recipes you've made!
