During a short walk in the mountain pastures, we'll discover cheese-making in an authentic setting. Depending on demand, we may visit a farm where the activity is taking place.
Activity lasting about 3 hours. We'll be walking on adapted trails. During this activity, we'll talk about the use of mountain pastures. At mid-day, I'll give a 45-minute instructional presentation on cheese-making.
If a nearby farm allows us to come along, we'll visit a farm with the animals and then return to the meeting place.
