I've always had a passion for bars, and I started out in this profession at the age of 18 in a brasserie in Annecy. I then decided to go and work in several cities, including London, Brussels and Bordeaux, where I was able to learn and perfect all my mixology skills. To perfect my knowledge and techniques, I spent a year and a half travelling around the world with my partner. We had the opportunity to discover many wonderful products that we brought back in our suitcases.
Back in Annecy in 2015, I started a new adventure by creating Le Mixologiste. The idea came about thanks to a documentary about home chefs. My initial ambition was to offer my services for small private events at home. 10 years later, we offer a range of Mixology-related services (events, team building, professional training, auditing and consulting...) and work on weddings and corporate events for up to 3,000 people (our biggest event to date).
My main aim is to share my passion with as many people as possible. Our whole team is keen to share its knowledge and to let guests taste new cocktails, created especially for you, for a moment that's just like you.
