The Archipel Butor invites you to a day of discovery centred on the writer Michel Butor and artists’ books.
Located in Lucinges, the Archipel Butor is a cultural centre dedicated to artists’ books, poetry and the work of the poet and writer Michel Butor. Your visit begins in the heart of the Manoir des livres with a tour of the current exhibition, followed by a visit to the writer’s study, situated just a few metres away. The rest of the day takes place in our workshop space, where you will each take part in a redaction workshop, allowing you to make a poem by Michel Butor your own.

All year round, Tuesday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. Two-hour guided tours (Manoir des Livres and Michel Butor’s study) and a one-hour workshop.
You can book the meeting room for a full day and organise a catered lunch or a picnic on site or in the adjoining park.
